| The Contest is open to all residents of British Columbia, who have reached the legal drinking age except for employees (and members of their immediate families) of the Sponsor, its advertising agencies and affiliated companies and contractors, provincial liquor agencies and liquor licensees The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or postage due mail. Limit one entry per household, and no more than one prize will be awarded to any one person, family or household. |
| A random draw will be conducted on Febuary seventh 2009 from all eligible entries received by the Contest closing of January 31 2009 Three (3) potential winning entries will be drawn. Prior to being declared a winner, the selected contestant will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, which will be administered by email; and (b) execute and return to the Sponsor a declaration and release which confirms compliance with these rules, releases the Sponsor and its employees, agents, affiliates and related parties of all claims and liabilities relating to the Contest or the prize to be awarded, and consents to the use by the Sponsor of the selected contestant's name and picture in any medium throughout the world for promotional purposes of the Sponsor or its related entities, without compensation. Should any selected contestant be unreachable within five (5) business days following the draw date, or if a selected contestant should fail to correctly answer the skill-testi ng question or fail to meet any of the Contest rules, their entry shall be null and void and another random draw will be conducted to determine a replacement potential winning entry. |

No Provincial liquor or gaming authorities are connected with this Contest in any manner whatsoever, nor is any such authority liable in any way whatsoever in regard to any matter that relates to this Contest. By signing, I declare that: (a) I have read, understood and complied with the Contest rules as stated above; (b) I acknowledge that neither the Contest sponsor, its employees or agents, any provincial liquor control, distribution or selling agency, nor any prize supplier is responsible or liable in respect of injury, accident, loss or misfortune relating to any prize which may be awarded to me in this Contest; and (c) I am of legal drinking age in my province of residence.
